The cloud kitchen industry in India is expected to become a $2 billion industry by 2024, with the potential to expand its horizon on a global level. It will also pave the way for accelerating and revolutionising the concept of dine-in restaurants and cafes. Through this convention, NRAI aims to help this ecosystem grow to higher levels.

The convention, to be spearheaded by Pranav Rungta and Rachel Goenka, will feature a series of power packed panel discussions with more than 40 speakers highlighting the power of cloud kitchens, their inherent advantages and key imperatives such as sustainability, profitability, growth, marketing and much more.
