Manuj Sahney has been Appointed the Food and Beverage Director at JW Marriott Kolkata

In his previous role, he impressed one and all in his role in a similar designation of Food and Beverage Director at The Crowne Plaza (IHG), New Delhi. He was instrumental in the implementation of marketing strategies to reposition the hotel in the competitive market and worked towards enhancing the F&B offerings and strengthening the hotel F&B product and aesthetics in compliance with IHG brand standards.

MANUJ SAHNEY has been appointed as the Food & Beverage Director at JW Marriot Kolkata. By dint of his proven capability to handle operations in supremely challenging situations, this top-notch professional has become an asset to the industry. His high level of proficiency vis-a-visa diverse range of functions in the critical F&B arm of the hospitality industry has proved to be a major high point in his career. 

Using his vast experience and nifty managerial skills, Manuj has brought to the table dynamic energy to JW Marriot Kolkata. Responsible for the overall dining experience of guests, his key areas of work include supervising the kitchen management team and food planning with regard to daily operations. He is also responsible for ensuring quality standards in compliance with food and beverage policies, process improvements, new business development, quality and time management, brand building and staff resourcing. Interacting with guests for their feedback and using his effective interpersonal skills to mentor and appraise his team also fall under the purview of his work.
