This festival is all about authentic Maharashtrian cuisine, with no frills or flattery. The focus here is on showcasing the rich culinary tapestry of Maharashtra through a meticulously curated Maharashtrian thali.  

Upon arrival, guests are greeted with traditional drinks like Sol Kadi and Piyush, setting the tone for a delightful gastronomic adventure. The festival's starters include Kothimbir Wadi, Aloo Wadi, Chicken Sukha, and Kurkuri Bombil, each offering an authentic taste of Maharashtra. Moving on to the main course, patrons can savour dishes like Bharleli Wangi, Kaju Chi Bhaji, Aloo Cha Fatfata, and Padwal Fry, accompanied by delectable sides such as Masala Puri and Bajri Bhakar. The aromatic dals on offer, like Pitla Dal and Teekhat Varan, add depth to the dining experience.  

To balance the palate, the festival includes refreshing salads like Kakdi Koshimbir and Kadhdhanya Koshimbir. Crispy papads, including sabudana papad and tomato papad, provide an enticing crunch. And for a sweet finale, indulge in Ukdi Che Modak, Dudhi Halwa, and Puran Poli, offering a perfect conclusion to this culinary journey.
