Joining the leadership team of JW Marriott Bengaluru, Karan Karanwal has been recently appointed as the new Front Office Manager where he will be responsible to drive guest satisfaction, ensure 100 per cent compliance during brand standard audit and elevate guest experience at the hotel.

Bringing in a decade of work experience, Karanwal has a proven track record in achieving highest guest satisfaction scores and strategic approach towards delivering maximum rooms profitability. A strategic business leader, Karan manifests a strong background in select service and luxury hotel segments. He has previously worked with eminent hospitality brands such as, Sheraton Grand Palace Indore and Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad.
