Advancing progressively through responsible positions, Ajmera has played a key role as the Assistant Director of Training and Quality at the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu and now her profound knowledge, intuitive sense for her associate’s needs and forward-thinking vision makes her an ideal candidate to take forward the core value of Marriott International– Putting People First.

With an illustrious career trajectory spanning over 16 years in the hospitality industry, Ajmera brings an unparalleled passion for her work and drive to maintain guest and associate satisfaction. Prior to working with the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, she had an opportunity to learn from her diverse roles and had an experience of being on both the spectrums of training associates and catering to guest needs. This has allowed her to understand that empowered associates are instrumental to delighting guests in a hotel.
