In his new position, he will be spearheading the specialty restaurants including Alba, poolside Indian restaurant; Spice Terrace, all-day dining restaurant; JW Kitchen; contemporary Bar Uno; Merak, offering Asian fare, exotic cocktails and vibrant nightlife and NuAir and oversee kitchen operations.

Kini has been associated with eminent global hospitality brands and was last associated with the picturesque Maldives as the pre-opening Director of F&B at InterContinental Maldives Maamuagau Resort.
