The festival, called Padharo Mhare Desh, is set to culminate on July 23

Guests can enjoy the flavours of Rajasthan in the city of Indore as Indore Marriott Hotel is gearing up to host the Padharo Mhare Desh – Rajasthani Food Festival. Commenced on July 15, 2022, the guests visiting the property will get to enjoy the spread that will run for a week till July 23, 2022.

The Food Festival is a celebration of all things Rajasthani, and will showcase the best of the state’s culinary heritage. The specially curated menu by the hotel’s Executive Chef Shiv Parvesh will feature traditional preparations like Dal Banjara, Pithore ki Subzi, Dal Panchmel, Rajqadi Kofta, Ker Sangri, Gatte ka Pulao, Kadhi Murgh, Laal Maas, Bajra aur Meat ka Kheech, Junglee Maas and Dal Bati Churma. Desserts like Ghewar, Mewari Mawa Mishri, Rajasthani Laapsi and Badam Halwa will also be offered.

The restaurant will also be decked-up in traditional décor along with Rajasthani folk music to set the tone right for the dinner.
