With the addition of this property, IHCL has 12 hotels in Goa including two under development

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a SeleQtions hotel in Anjuna, Goa. The hotel is a franchise with Guild Hotels Pvt Limited. The 150-year-old Portuguese styled heritage building is being transformed into a hotel. The 49-room hotel is located in Anjuna, a laidback coastal village on the Arabian Sea and is a short distance away from the beach as well as popular tourist spots. It will house a specialty restaurant and is slated to open in April 2023. This will be operated by AM Hotel Kollection under the SeleQtions brand. 

Commenting on the signing, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President - Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “In line with our strategy of consolidating presence in key lodging markets, IHCL signs its second SeleQtions branded hotel in Goa, one of the best performing markets in India.
