The 95-key hotel boasts an all-day diner, bar and a 4,500 sq ft banquet space

In a significant development, the Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India's leading hospitality firm, declared the formalisation of a new partnership for a Vivanta hotel situated in the heart of Kochi, Aluva. 

The announcement was made by Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Development at IHCL, accompanied by KM Abdul Latheef, Managing Director of Hotel Pearl Dunes Pvt Ltd, during a ceremony held in Mumbai. 

Expressing her excitement, Suma Venkatesh stated, "IHCL’s renowned Vivanta brand is making its debut in Kochi with this new agreement. This marks our seventh establishment in the city, underscoring its significance. We are thrilled to further solidify our collaboration with KM Abdul Latheef through this second hotel." 

Strategically positioned in Aluva, the 95-key hotel boasts convenient proximity to the airport and key leisure destinations. Its facilities include an all-day diner and bar, a 4,500-square-foot banquet space, a swimming pool, a gym, and a spa.

Kochi, recognised as the financial, commercial, and cultural capital of Kerala, attracts the highest number of international and domestic tourists in the state. It serves as the gateway to various popular leisure destinations. 

With the inauguration of this new hotel, IHCL's portfolio in Kerala expands to a total of 18 establishments across Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, and Ginger brands, including five currently under development. The move reaffirms IHCL's commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across diverse regions.
