Hyatt Regency Pune Appoints Chef Danish Khan as their Pastry Chef

As pastry chef, his key responsibilities at Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences will be to bring innovation into the bakery, refresh the menu to bring new dishes to the table and also enhance the gastronomical experience for all guests.

Chef Danish Khan joins Hyatt Regency Pune as their pastry chef. With nearly six years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Khan brings a dynamic perspective and accomplished skill set to the hotel.

As pastry chef, his key responsibilities at Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences will be to bring innovation into the bakery, refresh the menu to bring new dishes to the table and also enhance the gastronomical experience for all guests.

“It is my great pleasure to join this team after my experience in JW Marriott Bangalore. I am keen to orchestrate different recipes into the menu and create new dishes to provide an impeccable dining experience to all guests," said Chef Khan.

Chef Khan started his stint as a pastry chef with Hotel ITC Maratha, Mumbai and then moved on to work with other brands such as Shababik International, Jeddah Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and JW Marriott. He was the Callebaut Patisserie of the year 2019, a Gold and Silver medalist in South Indian Chef Association(SICA) and World Association of Chefs' Society(WACS).  

With a bachelor's degree in hotel management and catering technology, Chef Khan is an extremely talented young professional offering five years of experience as Kitchen Executive and cake artist at JW Marriott Bangalore.
