David is an energetic and talented team member who is passionate about providing guests with seamless service and ensuring a memorable stay. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Chennai, he worked with prestigious hospitality brands such as Accor, Taj, Ananda in the Himalayas, and ITC, to name a few, and has extensive experience in pre-opening and managing cluster properties. His responsibilities include creating and planning PPM schedules, major equipment maintenance and audit, risk assessment/compliance and regulations, asset and disposal management, and planning and forecasting capital and operational budgets.
