He joins Hyatt Pune from his previous assignment as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Sahar

Hyatt Pune announced the appointment of Sandeep Singh as their new General Manager effective from March 13, 2023.

Sandeep hails from the food and beverage industry. After achieving his degree in Hotel Management from Vivekanand University, Gujarat, Sandeep started his career with The Oberoi Hotels in 2006 as a Food & Beverage Assistant. 

Over the years, Sandeep has worked with luxury hotels such as The Leela Ambience Gurugram, Shangri-La's Eros Hotel New Delhi, The Westin Gurgaon, and JW Marriott Sahar, where he achieved many accolades and recognitions. Dynamic F&B Leader of the Year 2016 Pan India by SPIRITZ, F&B Leader of the Year 2017 by BW Hotelier, to name a few. 

Sandeep joins Hyatt Pune from his previous assignment as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Sahar. Prior to this, he was a part of the General Manager Development Program at Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences during his stint as Director of Operations from 2019 – 2022. 

Sandeep has proven to be a strong leader with a solid grasp of managing F&B operations in upscale and luxury hotels across India. His career has witnessed the launch of some of the bustling five-star restaurants across the country.

“It’s my goal to continue Hyatt Pune’s success story achieving guest satisfaction and revenue targets while creating innovative service offerings,” says Sandeep in his new role.

The Hyatt Pune team is eager to work in cooperation with him in establishing novel procedures and attaining objectives relating to guest service, F&B, and sales.

At leisure, Sandeep enjoys spending time with his son in a PlayStation gaming zone. In addition, Sandeep also loves to take his family on culinary adventures around the city.

In the longer run, Sandeep’s vision is, “Be genuine to people and to the community. Do what you feel in your heart to be right. You will be damned if you do, and damned if you don’t.”
