Former Head of Hotels and Hospitality at Reliance Industries, Virender Razdan has now founded incode. A full-service training and management consultancy for the hospitality industry.

Andrew Hendrain: Managing Partner

A Global Inn Keeper with experience spanning over 30 years with Hyatt International and Leela Hotels. He has put more than 25 years in Middle East and Germany. His passion is in Human resources management and creative thinking.
