Former MasterChef judges inspire culinary skill at Hafele Masterclass

Former MasterChef Australia judges Matt Preston, Gary Mehigan, and George Calombaris recently conducted the Conosh Masterclass in collaboration with Hafele, a company specialising in premium home solutions. The masterclasses, organised by Conosh in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, brought together a celebration of culinary experts. 

During the event, each judge shared their culinary wisdom through a series of masterclasses. Chef Gary Mehigan demonstrated his skills by baking an eggless chocolate lamington, providing insights and techniques from his culinary journey. George Calombaris, known for his innovation and passion for food, presented his unique recipe for George’s Almond Baklava. Matt Preston, celebrated for his food storytelling, showcased his distinctive recipe for a caramelised white chocolate tart with green and gold crumb. 

The certification ceremony and photo-op session were significant highlights of the day, where participants had the opportunity to interact with the judges and capture the moment in photographs. The intimate session transitioned into a convivial lunch, creating lasting memories through a blend of flavours and conversations.
