Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi has announced the appointment of Jitin Kapoor as the Hotel Manager for the Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi.

Kapoor is a hospitality veteran with over 20 years of experience with leading hotel companies. Kapoor has an intrinsic understanding of hotel operations and has led the operations at the St. Regis Goa very successfully in the recent years. He started his career in F&B operations and moved into Rooms Division. 

He has a diverse multicultural experience having worked in India and UK.

He has worked with different brands such as Radisson, Taj & Leela group of hotels. In 2021, he was appointed as the Resident Manager of The Leela Goa and later promoted as the Hotel Manager of St.Regis Goa Resort in 2022. 

Kapoor was instrumental in the brand transition from The Leela to The St. Regis and spearheaded the entire OS&E for the pre-opening while operating the resort seamlessly.

An alumni of IHM Lucknow, Kapoor has completed a post graduate in Executive MBA. He is a sports enthusiast and believes in spirituality. His family comprises of his wife, Mahima and two children, Jivisha & Charvika.
