DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Subhash Jana as Executive Chef. He is a self-motivated and passionate professional with more than 15 years of experience in managing culinary operations including pre-opening and rebranding of outlets. Prior to joining DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon, Chef Subhash worked with brands like Hyatt, Sheraton and Taj Hotels across India, Maldives and Ireland. He was also part of the pre-opening team of Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links in the year 2014.
Chef Subhash has diverse culinary expertise which spans across Italian, Swiss, Mexican and Asian cuisines and loves to blend elements of these cuisines in menus that he loves to curate. He is a versatile trainer who thoroughly enjoys sharing his knowledge and skills with his culinary colleagues to build a strong and skilled team. He believes in Japanese philosophy of “Kaizen” which means “continuous improvement over time” and embodies this in his leadership style as well.
