Dhaba at The Claridges holds Punjabi Food Festival

The dishes at the festival are being showcased by Chef Harangad Singh till July 25

Dhaba at The Claridges has welcomed Chef Harangad Singh to showcase authentic Punjabi food using his blend of spices and remarkable talent. His culinary skills will take the guests on a journey to discover bites from Punjab.

This Punjabi food festival and signature dining experience is a 12-day-long gastronomic experience.

Influenced by the diverse flavors of India, Chef Singh’s specially handcrafted menu includes complimentary arrival dishes - Sukke Kale Chane and Pinni Da Halwa for the guests. Non-veg appetisers offer Bhatti Da Murgh, Lahori Murgh Tikka, Tawe Aali Champaan, Bittu di Mutton Sikh, Tandoori Pomfret and Amritsari Macchi. Vegetarian options include Bharwa Paneer Tikka, Khumb di Tikki, Patialvi Chana Dal te Subji di Seekh, Dahi Kebab and Bhutte Matar di Tikki.

The main course section includes a range of dishes like Murga Tari Wala, Khatta Murgh Sirka Pyaaz and Cooker Meat, Martabaan Meat, Meethi Machi Curry and Jhing Tawa Masala. Making a choice from the vegetarian main course section, one can order Ghutwa Palak Wadi, Khumb Hara Pyaaz, Kadhi Pakoda, Baingan Bharta, Tarachand Paneer Bhurji and Amritsari Daal with a choice of rice in options such as Kaale Moti da Pulao and Meat Chawal.

These dishes are accompanied by Amritsari Choley Kulche and desserts like Atte Da Halwa, Kheer and Dudh Jalebi.

The festival is set to end on July 25.
