Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla has appointed Sanjeev Kumar as its Rooms Manager. In his new role, Kumar will focus on spearheading the Front Office department by establishing quality and service standards, streamlining room occupancies and operations, focussing on loyalty recognition and enrolment and curating engaging guest experiences. 

With a proven track record of eight years across international hotel brands, Kumar is a master in enhancing revenues for the hotel owing to his excellent up selling techniques and inventory management. He has a knack of building strong liasoning with the guests and handling their issues on real time basis making them repeat customers and helping in business growth. In his new role, he will relentlessly focus towards driving guest satisfaction index and online reputation while ensuring 100 per cent brand standard compliance to deliver IHG’S commitment of true hospitality to the patrons.

On his new appointment, Kumar commented, “Service comes from a manual but hospitality comes from heart.
