Clarks Safari appoints Konica Chaudhary as Human Resource Executive

Konica Chaudhary has been appointed as HR Executive at Clarks Safari. An accomplished human resource professional in the hospitality and tourism sector, chiefly in the field of recruitment, hiring, and implementation of HR processes, Chaudhary will be responsible for recruiting the workforce across properties, implementing wellness policies, training development and maintaining the high motivation of the employees.

An MBA from Vidya School of Business, she has worked in multiple hospitality brands and honed her human resource skills. During her work tenure, she has served Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Hyphen Premier Hotel, Divine Lakshmi Ganga. She is known within the industry for her reliable and candid approach to human resource, strict policy implementer and achieving targets.

“I am excited to join Clarks Safari and be a part of its human resource department. There has been a shift in attitude after the pandemic, everyone has become more responsible and conscious of their surroundings. The hospitality sector has recovered tremendously but also travelers are becoming more conscious. At Clarks Safari, we believe happy manpower will lead to more guest satisfaction. As part of the human resource department, my priority will be to maintain brand standards and implement strict policies around recruitment and employee welfare. Also, I will be implementing new HR techniques that will be beneficial for the brand and will lead to better results. Regular training will be scheduled for staff at all levels, guiding them on new trends in the hospitality sector, motivating them, and educating them around new process implementation,” says Chaudhary.
