Chef Mohammed Sirajuddin has been appointed as the Indian Master Chef at Nazaara, the rooftop restaurant at Courtyard By Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal. In his new role, he would be improving the dining experience at the restaurant, while sticking to authenticity with traditional cooking styles in tandoor and Mughlai dishes with a selection of signature curries and biryanis.
Prior to joining Courtyard By Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, Sirajuddin was associated with JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, where he began his culinary journey. At Courtyard By Marriot Bengaluru Hebbal, Sirjauddin would spearhead the operations at Nazaara. He would also be playing a crucial role in enhancing the skills of his team.
Furthermore, he would be responsible for the smooth and safe running of the kitchen operations while ensuring the enforcement of all health and safety and service standards.
