Banyan Tree is poised to make its mark on Bluewaters Island, a dynamic lifestyle destination embodying innovation and top-tier hospitality synonymous with Dubai. The forthcoming Banyan Tree Dubai will take the place of the current Caesars Palace Dubai. Following a phased enhancement programme aligned with the Banyan Tree brand, the revamped resort will offer 179 rooms, including 30 suites, and introduce a brand-new four-bedroom villa complete with a private entrance, pool, and beach access. Banyan Tree Dubai is set to debut in late 2023, ushering in the brand's iconic Asian-inspired luxury hospitality to the Emirate.
Eddy See, CEO and President of Banyan Tree Group, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership with ACCOR and Dubai Holding, highlighting the seamless transition for guests and staff alike. He remarked, "Our fruitful partnership with ACCOR continues to be a driving force for us in the Middle East, enabling us to bring Banyan Tree to new horizons and new opportunities."
Adding to the global portfolio of Banyan Tree's branded residences, Banyan Tree Dubai will launch with 96 one- to four-bedroom private residences. Residents will enjoy exclusive access to a dedicated outdoor swimming pool, private beach, and resort amenities, along with an array of privileges within the Banyan Tree Group. Bluewaters, under the stewardship of Dubai Holding, offers a diverse range of hospitality, lifestyle, residential, leisure, and entertainment options, boasting over 150 retail and dining establishments.
Amit Kaushal, Group CEO of Dubai Holding, emphasised the significance of collaborating with industry leaders such as Accor, Ennismore, and Banyan Tree Group in elevating Dubai's hospitality landscape.
In accordance with a long-term strategic partnership agreement inked in 2016 between Accor and Banyan Tree Group, Banyan Tree Dubai will be jointly managed by Banyan Tree Group and Ennismore, mirroring the operational model applied in Banyan Tree La Cigale Doha, Qatar, and Banyan Tree AlUla, Saudi Arabia.
