Avanish Chaturvedi has joined Hyatt Regency Chennai as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and brings with him over 11 years of hospitality experience. He attributes his success to not just hard work but also healthy collaborations with his team members.

Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Chennai, Chaturvedi was associated with esteemed hospitality brands such as Trident - Mumbai, Pullman & Novotel – New Delhi, Hyatt Regency – New Delhi, The Renaissance Hotel – Mumbai, Taj Lands End – Mumbai. His focus is to achieve the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.

Chaturvedi holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland and his responsibilities include efficient restaurant operation, maintaining high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
