Aloft New Delhi Aerocity has announced the appointment of Ashish Sharma as the new Food and Beverages Manager. He will oversee the operations of Nook, W XYZ bar and Re:fuel by Aloft along with in-room dining and catering operations for weddings and events.
Sharma brings with him a varied experience of over 18 years in the hospitality industry. He is a seasoned professional who excels in various areas and implement strategic tactics to provide exceptional dining experience to the guests, execute innovative F&B concepts to enhance the customer experience, designs unique menus, drive revenue growth through creative initiatives and to elevate the offerings to new heights.
Prior to this role, he headed F&B operations at Jaypee Vasant Continental, New Delhi since November 2019. With a trail of accomplishments, he has worked with brands like Radisson Hotels, IHG Hotels and Resorts, The Imperial, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Atlantis The Palm.
