Andaz Delhi’s Head Chef Akshay Bhardwaj to represent India at World Tapas Competition in Spain

The call to chefs for this competition has been made through World Association of Chefs Societies

The Head Chef at Andaz Delhi, Chef Akshay Bhardwaj will be representing India in the Sixth World Tapas Competition in Valladolid, Spain which will take place between November 7-9, 2022. With his global exposure and extraordinary culinary skills, Chef Akshay Bhardwaj is set to represent India at an international level at the competition.

Through this competition, Chef Akshay Bhardwaj would get the chance to represent India and its gastronomy internationally amongst other world-renowned Tapas chefs. The call to chefs for this competition has been made through World Association of Chefs Societies, a society which includes accredited gastronomic chroniclers from five continents and lists of establishments specialized in tapas from different countries of the world.

Chef Akshay, a maestro in his field, is extensively trained and brings aboard his plethora of experience, which speaks lengths about his multiple achievements over the past decade. Chef Akshay has been in the hospitality and culinary industry since 2008 and his global culinary experience spans more than 14 years in the industry. He has also trained under celebrity chef Jean Pierre Jacob, at a Michelin Star Restaurant in France.
