This exclusive dinner will take place on June 9 and 10, 2023 at Romano’s, the city’s renowned Italian Specialty Restaurant. This unique event will showcase the remarkable talent of our acclaimed Executive Chef, Dane Fernandes and revered chefs, Chef David Hartwig, Head Chef, IGNIV and Chef Niyati Rao, Chef Partner at EKAA. With their combined expertise, guests can experience an exquisite menu that pushes the boundaries of culinary artistry. These extraordinary chefs will collaborate seamlessly, blending their talents and expertise to craft an exceptional dining experience that promises to delight the senses and elevate the art of food.

JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, fabled for its culinary expertise, innovative offerings and noteworthy collaborations brings to Romano's the best of European cuisine. An experience crafted using local indigenous ingredients, with every dish unveiling a story. Throughout the evening, guests will be treated to a meticulously crafted multi-course meal that reflects the distinctive styles and influences of the culinary powerhouses. This collaboration will result in a truly remarkable fusion of flavors and textures, creating a culinary experience that is both innovative and harmonious. The thoughtfully crafted menu will feature Smoked Sturgeon - Caviar - Crème Fraiche, Goat Cheese - Cucumber – Tomatillo, Dumpling  + Duck, Butternut Squash - Kimchi – Sesame Kimchi Broth, Pearl Tribal Rice, Pickles, Mango Tarte and much more.
