In 1986, Nath had acquired Neemrana Fort-Palace and began its restoration and the hotel had opened in the year 1991. Speaking about the power of architect, Nath explained how Neemrana has resorted 32 properties in 32 years in 13 states of India. “Whatever you say about India and its exact opposite both are true which is not easy to say for other countries in the world. If you would say India is a very old country you would also say that it is a very young and wise country. So when you are talking smart, the opposite is not necessarily unsmart or there are other ways to look at it,” he said.
