Wyndham Hotels & Resorts signs franchise agreement with Eagleshorizon Private Limited, a real estate company based out of Jaipur, Rajashthan for a new-build resort in Jaipur under the Wyndham brand.

Located off the Delhi Jaipur Highway in Ramgarh area of Jaipur, Wyndham Jaipur Ramgarh Resort showcases a 180 degree view of the Aravalli hills. An ideal combination of ‘tucked away’ yet easily accessible, the resort will be 55 Km from Jaipur International Airport and 45 km from the city centre.

Commenting on the development, Nikhil Sharma, Area Director Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts said, “Jaipur is a strategic market for us in India, ever more in the current context of ‘drive to destinations’ gaining high importance. Once operational, this destination resort will be spread over 15 acres and will offer 100 guest rooms and villas. Other facilities will include lobby lounge, an all-day dining, a fine dining restaurant, multiple meetings and event spaces, landscaped vistas, business center, refreshing wellness areas, entertainment and sports facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and an executive golf driving range.

Wyndham Jaipur Ramgarh Resort is expected to open in 2024 and provide more than 200 jobs to the Jaipur city.
