Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka presents Amritsar Food Festival

Offers quintessential flavours from the state of five rivers curated by Chef Saurabh Sharma

Seizing the essence of Punjab’s diverse cuisine, Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka has started ‘Amritsar Ki Galiyon Se’ Food Festival, a fantastic medley of finger-licking delights to indulge in. The food festival will remain till October 31, 2021.

The dishes are specially curated by the renowned Executive Sous Chef Saurabh Sharma and his culinary team to showcase his signature dishes. The delectable menu consists of Murgh Makhanwala, Tawa Gosht, Harikewali Machhi, Masaledar Khumban, Amritsari Kadhi Pakodi, Amritsari Choley, Aloo Wadi, Kesari Phirni. To tantalize your taste buds, the team of chefs will also offer scrumptious delicacies like Nalli Kharode Da Shorba, Soyabean Chaap, Bhatti Da Murgh, Amritsari Machhi and more.

The Chef's table held at Indus Express witnessed a melange of proficient delicious food. Bringing back the nostalgia of authentic Amritsari cuisine, the chefs presented signature dishes such as Bhatti Da Murgh, Jalandhari Seekh Kebab, Nalli Kharode Shorba, Amritsari Machhi and more.
