Babbar will be responsible for quality services in guest satisfaction, operations management and manpower planning. He will also oversee the entire front office operation to maintain high standards and smooth operations at all times. He will also ensure regular and VIP guests are recognised at the front office department. Besides, ensuring that the team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, and are continuously training them to learn and understand policies and practices.
