Utsah Sehgal has been appointed as the new Director of Operations of Kochi Marriott Hotel. An experienced hospitality professional, Sehgal brings with him 13 years of experience in leadership and managing large teams across several properties of Marriott. Sehgal is an alumni of IMI, Switzerland, with his management skills and will lead the hotel to identify new avenues for profitable business with expertise in developing and follow up of the service standards and operational services. 

Prior to his current role, he was the Director of rooms for Renaissance Hotel Bangalore where he headed the entire operations of the hotel and also managed over a large number of associates, executives and managers.

Sehgal began his journey with Courtyard by Marriott, Pune as a Front office Associate and from there he has worked with esteemed Marriott brands in India such as Bangalore Marriott Hotel, JW Marriott Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi, and Bangalore Marriott Hotel, Whitefield. He is known for being a front-runner, a motivator, delivering value-added customer service and attaining customer satisfaction as per requirements.
