Awadhi food festival titled ‘Lakhanpur to Lucknow’ will be celebrated from March 15 to March 31, 2021

Cravings, the all-day dining restaurant at Sayaji Hotel Indore is hosting an Awadhi food festival titled ‘Lakhanpur to Lucknow’ from March 15 to March 31, 2021. 

Guests can celebrate the flavours of Awadhi kitchen executed by Chef Abdul Haleem and his culinary brigade who are well versed with the nuances of Luknowi cuisine. With rich blend of spices, distinct flavours and fragrances it is treat to savour the region’s most delectable delicacies. 

For starters, Guests can relish specialties like Galawati Kabab, Murgh Barrah and Murgh ke parche along with appetising soups that include Yakhni Shorba and Paya Potli Shorba. The elaborate main course include Awadhi specialties like Yakhni Shorba, Paya Potli Shorba, Zafrani Nehari, Awadhi gosht biryani, Tamatar Dolme, Kofta Nafees, Subziyo ki Tehri, Lazeez Parwal, Khatta Aam salan, Ulte tawe ka Paratha, Yakhni Pulao among others. The mains were accompanied by freshly prepared Dessert that includes Eid ki seviyan and Meve ka Arq.
