The Ninth RECA Exhibition 2018 Showcases Mockup Hotel Rooms Besides Restaurant & Catering Trade Fair

The event space was flanked with Mock-up hotel rooms designed by well-known architects and interior designers – ARK (Architect Reza Kabul) and Designers Group – Khozema Chitalwala which were regarded to bring light, efficient, and qualitative design aspects within reach of hoteliers in non-metros and the emerging tier-II, III cities of the country.

THE NINTH Restaurant and Catering (RECA) Exhibition held under the umbrella banner of Hospitality First Show 2018 organised by Hospitality First Pvt. Ltd. – an event management organisation with expertise in the hospitality, food service and tourism sector – from October 3-5 this year, housed a significant number of exhibitors from the B2B market of the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) industry.

Speaking about the addition to the format brought in this year’s exhibition, Pradeep Gopalan, Founder & Director of Hospitality First Pvt. Ltd., said, “The show has gone beyond, meeting sourcing requirements of the Restaurant and Catering, but also address project sourcing requirements.”

The exhibitors’ portfolio at the three-day event comprised of suppliers and dealers of commercial kitchen equipment, industrial refrigeration and water purification systems, uniforms & textiles, bedding solutions & mattresses, packaged convenience foods & sauces, and hotel & restaurant ware including cutlery, designer crockery and utensils, display counters, etc., among others.

Industry’s topmost hotel interior designers Reza Kabul Architects and Khozema Chitalwala from Designers Group showcasing smart, efficient, and luxury room concepts was the highlight of the show,” Gopalan added. 

The huge turnout of hoteliers, QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants), and Project Consultants have established the show as a professional hospitality sourcing ecosystem and platform, concluded Gopalan.
