Tanya Bhadra has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, effective October 1, 2021. She has over 14 years of experience in hospitality and began her career with leading global brands such as Oberoi Hotels, followed by successful stints at Shangri-La, The Leela Palace, and Marriott International. She is an exceptional and results-driven professional with extensive experience in sales and revenue streams. Her professional background includes a track record of outperforming market-leading competitors through proactive strategic planning, market and customer insight, and the identification of innovative solutions.

Her new position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and sales strategy. She will be in charge of budgeting and forecasting, brand awareness, and improving the hotel's overall commercial performance by significantly increasing market share and positioning the property as a market leader in its competitive set and she has a Master of Business Administration degree.
