Sofitel Mumbai BKC unveils South Indian menu at its Pure Vegetarian Restaurant, ‘Tuskers’

The chic avant-garde luxury hospitality landmark, Sofitel Mumbai BKC announced the launch of a distinct South Indian menu at Tuskers – Vegetarian Dining & Bar. Tuskers is the only vegetarian fine dining restaurant in a luxury hotel in Mumbai.

INSPIRED BY the most regal creature, the gentle and humble elephant, Tuskers caters to a wide audience and provides delightful options for guests to enhance their fine dining experience. The South Indian offering at Tuskers will be that of à la carte and thali, comprising authentic flavours perfectly blended with South Indian spices that are prepared using traditional cooking methods.

Chef S. Sivaraj will prepare traditional and sumptuous appetizers ranging from Palak Urabhajji, Mokkajonna Mango Wada to Gunpodi Mokkacholam, while the rasams will range from innovative options like Mulagkada Rasam, Lemon Rasam, Poontu Rasam and many more. Main course will include Chikkudu Kaitamoto Curry, Paneer Chattinadu, Kola Urandai Kozhumbu, Dhakshini Mix Veg Curry, Dondakai vepudu as well as several Dal and Dosa options. Desserts will include Khubani ka Meeta, Payasam, Purnalu and many more.
