Sofitel Mumbai BKC Appoints Nithin Nambiar as the Front Office Manager

In his role, Nithin will be responsible for supervising the front office personnel and ensuring the guests have a comfortable experience and their requests are heard in a time-bound and efficient manner

SOFITEL MUMBAI BKC has appointed Nithin Nambiar as their Front Office Manager. He comes with a professional experience of more than eight years in the hospitality industry. In his role, Nithin will be responsible for supervising the front office personnel and ensuring the guests have a comfortable experience and their requests are heard in a time-bound and efficient manner.

Nithin has been associated  with a number of luxury hospitality brands and brings with him an expertise in front office operations and management. Prior to this role, he was at JW Marriott Pune, as the assistant front office manager, Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram, Hilton Hotels and Resorts and Taj Hotels and Resorts.

Nithin places a great emphasis on training associates on the job and then harnessing their talents. He is looking forward to working in this pivotal role as well as working with Accor’s most luxurious hotel in India. At a personal level, he is passionate about playing basketball.
