Siddhesh Nachankar joins Alila Fort Bishangarh as Executive Chef

Specialist in Western cuisine, he will oversee the curation of innovative menus across all restaurants of the hotel

Alila Fort Bishangarh has appointed Siddhesh Nachankar as the Executive Chef. An artisan who brings more than 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Nachankar will oversee the hotel’s culinary experiences including fine dining restaurants, in-room dining and banqueting for special events.

Hailing from Mumbai, Chef Nachankar is an IHM Goa alumnus who began his journey at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai and has worked with Hyatt Regency and JW Marriott. A specialist in Western cuisine, he will be responsible for pricing, cost planning, budget analysis and curation of innovative menus across all restaurants at Alila Fort Bishangarh.

His excellence in the food and beverage industry will further facilitate the hotel’s commitment and efforts towards extending world-class dining offerings to their patrons and consequently enriching guest experiences. “Nothing is impossible if one follows the three Ds in life: Determination, dedication and discipline.
