SIDDARTH NORONHA has been appointed as Executive Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. A graduate in Hotel Management, he has over 13 extensive years of experience in culinary operations.
He began his career with Hyatt in June 2005 as a Commis Chef in Hyatt Regency Mumbai and worked there for over five years. He then moved to Grand Hyatt Goa where he worked as a Chef de Cuisine. His last assignment was with Novotel Hotels and Resorts as Cluster Executive Sous Chef before joining Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
Siddarth is passionate about travelling. With each travel experience, he ensures he creates memories and learns something new.
