In his new role at Sarovar Hotels, he will be independently heading the Human Resource Department and would be responsible to manage employee development policies and systems at Sarovar Hotels. Nihar shall also be looking at driving all HR Initiatives at Sarovar Hotels.

SAROVAR HOTELS announces the promotion of Nihar Mehta from Corporate Human Resource Manager to General Manager – Human Resources. 

An industry adept professional, Nihar has a total experience of almost a decade. Mehta has previously worked with organizations such as at ITC Fortune, Corporate Headquarters and several multi-national companies including Ravi Jaipuria Corporation where he had led the HR Department for the Retail Division for J Mart brand, and Varun Beverages Ltd.

In his new role at Sarovar Hotels, he will be independently heading the Human Resource Department and would be responsible to manage employee development policies and systems at Sarovar Hotels. Nihar shall also be looking at driving all HR Initiatives at Sarovar Hotels.

Nihar is a Business Management graduate from Manipal University and holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Human Resource Management from Monash University, Melbourne, both universities being part of prestigious Group of eight universities in Australia.
