Sanjeev B Kammath appointed Head Chef at Hyatt Regency Thrissur

To lead the entire culinary operations to maintain high standards consistent with the brand

Hyatt Regency Thrissur has appointed Sanjeev B Kammath as new Head Chef. With 18 years of culinary experience, he brings along great experience and learning from prestigious groups like Marriott, Ramada, Holiday INN, Taj, Oyster Bay, Waves Berjaya, Rainbow hospitality and has joined from Rajagiri Hospital, Ernakulam where his last assignment was as an Executive Chef. 

Chef Sanjeev specialises in handling various operations that demonstrate capabilities in menu planning, food styling and standardising recipes. Team management has been an asset in his career to contribute managerial and leadership skills. An avid expert in driving operational brilliance, Chef Sanjeev has been instrumental in scrutinising constructive guest feedback to ascertain robust improvements to enhance the guest experience. 

In his new role, he will lead the entire culinary operations to maintain high standards consistent with the brand. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Konkani, Kannada and Tamil.  Chef Sanjeev distinctly balances his professional and personal life and is also an ardent traveler and loves to discover local flavours. About joining Hyatt Regency Thrissur, Chef Sanjeev says, “I’m excited to join the Hyatt Regency Thrissur team.
