Sana-di-Ge presents authentic coastal cuisine menu

The menu includes a variety of carefully curated authentic seafood

Food connoisseurs and aficionados, especially ones with a penchant for deep-sea delicacies, have a reason to rejoice as Sana-di-Ge, New Delhi has introduced a coastal cuisine menu for doubling up the festive spirit this Diwali. One can enjoy the Seashore to Sana-Di-Ge Festival till October 31. 

To maintain the natural flavours so that the vibrancy of food can shine through, the festival will offerMalabar Fish Curry, the Kerala delicacy andNuggekai Saru, better known as the drumstick rasam. To satiate the appetite of non-vegetarians, the set menu will serveChicken Ghee Roastalong with Neerdosa, a traditional dish of the Shetty household.

The Kadle Basle Gassiin Karnataka style, a gravy made from black chickpeas and Malabar spinach simmered in a secret ground masala curry with a hint of an authentic sambhar powder from the coastal regions of Karnataka, will also be served.
