Sahara Star reopens its pan-Asian restaurant, E.A.S.T

Introduce Chef Rahul Karve who will lead the restaurant that will serve authentic East Asian cuisines with flavours of China, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand in its menu

Sahara Star has reopened its pan Asian restaurant – East Asian Spice Trail abbreviated as E.A.S.T and introduced Chef Rahul Karve as the lead. With its reopening, the restaurant will serve authentic East Asian cuisine with flavours of China, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand in its menu. Chef Karve with his impeccable culinary creations will provide us with a wide variety of dim sums, sushi and teppanyaki poke bowls which are highlights of the new E.A.S.T menu. 

“E.A.S.T aims to be the most sought after East Asian restaurant in the city. It will bring a refreshing change to your taste buds as nothing gets closer to the most authentic and original Asian delights,” said Chef Ranjan Rajani, Executive Chef, Sahara Star.
