RITVIC SOOD has been appointed as the new Director of People and Culture at the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

Prior to his latest role, Sood was most recently a part of Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru where as the Assistant Director of People and Culture he played a key role in shaping the pre-opening team that was tasked with unveiling the second Four Seasons hotel in the Indian subcontinent.

An alumnus of IHM Aurangabad and originally from Punjab, India, Sood is an avid traveller who seeks to explore new cultures and loves to capture those very moments on camera. Road trips are one of his favorite things in the whole world.

Inclined to cut his teeth in the world of Learning  and Development, he transitioned into his role as Learning Coordinator in 2008, further moving up as assistant Learning Manager in 2010. Following this, Sood moved to Four Seasons Resorts in Maldives where over the years he held positions in Learning & Development and Human Resources, and worked there until May 2018 as Assistant Director of  Human Resources at Four Seasons Maldives Kuda Huraa.
