Resplendent Ceylon offers private jet experiential journeys exclusively for Indian guests in Sri Lanka

Welcoming international guests in Sri Lanka after ten months, Resplendent Ceylon partners with Jetpooling to provide seamless jet experiential journeys for Indian guests.

In partnership with Jetpooling, Resplendent Ceylon recently launched a private jet experiential journey exclusively for their Indian guests. The hotel is celebrating the resumption of tourism after ten months in Sri Lanka with its unique offer.

Speaking about the initiative and resumption of Tourism in Sri Lanka, Malik Fernando, Managing Director, Resplendent Ceylon said, "We welcome this promising step taken by Sri Lanka Tourism authorities to reopen doors for international travellers in 2021. At Resplendent Ceylon, we recognise the constantly evolving travel expectations and continue on the path to inspire confidence in our guests. We are delighted to exclusively partner with Jetpooling to introduce seamless experiential luxury journeys across our collection for Indian guests."

Resplendent Ceylon offers a range of experiences that contribute to the development of local communities and the environment. Ceylon Tea Trails, Cape Weligama, and Wild Coast Tented Lodge provide a varying experience that includes the tea fields, clifftop beach, and safari lodge. Resplendent Ceylon's SafeStay initiative guarantees the safety of all guests and staff.

To start with, the private jet experiential package curated for Ceylon Tea Trails invites guests to escape to the magical heart of the Ceylon tea region. Located at 1250 meters, Ceylon Tea Trails has refurbished tea planters' bungalows belonging to the colonial era.

The offer includes a seven-night fully inclusive stay at one of the three bungalows, i.e., Summerville Bungalow, Dunkeld Owner's Cottage, and Castlereagh Bungalow. The guests have the option to enjoy experiences such as tea-infused dinner or tea planter's picnic lunch, kayaking and hiking, heritage city excursions, and a guided tour of the Dunkeld Tea Factory.

Furthermore, Resplendent Ceylon's and Jetpooling together provide curated journeys through private jets. The available flights are from Delhi to Colombo in a Dassault Falcon 2000 (12-seater) or from Mumbai to Colombo in an Embraer Legacy 650 (13-seater). After reaching Colombo, the guests will be taken to the Ceylon Tea Trails through a helicopter ride.

The guidelines laid by Sri Lankan Tourism approved by government authorities have not put quarantine restriction or minimum stay period for guests. Guests travelling to Sri Lanka will get all the facilities at the officially listed - Certified 'Safe and Secure' Level 1 hotels. The three Resplendent Ceylon properties have been included in the certified list.

These initiatives help in the better management of bio-bubble created for international visitors.
