Rajat Sachdev Appointed as Pastry Chef at Sofitel Mumbai BKC

SOFITEL MUMBAI BKC has recently announced the appointment of Rajat Sachdev as their new Pastry Chef. Rajat, who comes with over eight years of culinary experience, enjoys crafting new and innovative creations as much as he likes preparing them.

In his new role, Chef Rajat will ensure that the pastry team provides consistent quality of food and beverage, in accordance with international standards, enhancing their own ability to create with a purpose of achieving complete guest satisfaction and organizational profitability, and ensuring an atmosphere of high team morale. Chef Rajat brings with him an extensive array of proficiency and a deep understanding of the exceptional and modern aspects of the F&B industry. His impeccable attention to detail and hardworking nature has led to his achievements in gastronomy.
