Niraamaya Wellness Retreats has promoted Poonam Tipnis to Vice President – Sales and Central Reservations. Prior to this she was the General Manager of Sales. In her seven years of journey with Niraamaya Retreats, Tipnis has played a key role in enhancing brand presence and sales across the international and domestic markets.

A hospitality graduate from IHM Mumbai, Tipnis has been in the industry for over 23 years. She has graduated in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Mumbai and is a firm believer that good health can only be achieved when your body, mind and soul is balanced. She has been a soft skill and sales trainer for almost two decades and lives by the motto of the attitude of gratitude and paying it forward that helps her deal with any situation that she is thrown into.
