Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach appoints Yaman Rai as F&B Manager

Yaman Rai brings 11 years of experience working with brands like Novotel, Radisson and Grand Mercure

Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach has appointed Yaman Rai as its F&B Manager. Rai is a passionate and proficient hospitality professional with extensive knowledge and more than 11 years of experience spanning across various hotels in India. He has an excellent understanding of F&B operations, guest servicing, communication skills, quality compliance and accuracy in budgeting in the hospitality industry. Rai’s key responsibilities will include achieving customer satisfaction, profitability of the outlets, maintaining food quality and hygiene practices along with implementing new and exciting engagements across all the five restaurants at the hotel.

Yaman Rai completed his bachelor’s degree in hotel management and tourism from S.A.MS IHM Varanasi. Prior to joining Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, he has worked with Radisson Noida, Courtyard-Fairfield ORR Bengaluru, Pullman-Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Grand Mercure Bangalore and others which have helped him gain invaluable experience to master the nuances of the F&B vertical.
