Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar re-opened its doors in June 2020. Keeping in mind the ‘New Now’ hospitality, Novotel had been accredited with the ALLSAFE certification and have put all mechanisms in place for the safety of guests and staff. As part of the enhance safety measure, an ALLSAFE Officer has also been appointed to strictly monitor the safety and hygiene standards across the hotel. 

Starting from entering the hotel, to check-in, stay, dining, experiences, till check-out, guest safety is prioritised. For food and beverage offering, the hotel’s all -day dining restaurant, The Square, is open for all the in-house and walk-in guests whilst in-room dining is another option for the guests staying with us. The hotel also has started takeaway and home delivery services with reliable partners to ensure that patrons continue to enjoy the delicacies in the comfort of their home.
