Nishesh Seth joins Crowne Plaza Jaipur Hotel as Executive Chef

To spearhead the hotel’s culinary operations including two signature restaurants, The Royal Root and House of Han

Crowne Plaza Jaipur Hotel, a member of Intercontinental Hotels Group, has appointed Nishesh Seth as the new executive chef. He brings with him a wealth of hospitality experience in several luxury brands like Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Marriott International. He moved to Crowne Plaza Jaipur from Crowne Plaza Gurugram, to enhance the culinary experience at the hotel. He sincerely believes that cooking is magical as it has the power to elevate one's senses. Seth is set to spearhead all of the hotel’s culinary operations including its two signature restaurants, The Royal Root and House of Han. “I know that people in Jaipur love their food which makes me even more excited to treat them with an ultimate experience,” said Seth.
