The Byke Group has appointed Nelson Silvera as Hotel Manager at The Byke Brightland, Matheran. Having rich experience of over a decade with leading brands of hotels in Asia and the Middle East, Silvera brings experience and innate skills to manage the guest experience and the perfect service for them with his impeccable leadership. His main aspect is managing the entire revenue for the property as well as taking care of the guest satisfaction. Silvera has previously worked with The Leela, Taj Hotels and Resorts, Lemon Tree and The Trident.
