Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal announces the appointment of Neha Chhabra as the General Manager. With over 18 years in the hospitality industry, she brings to the table an extensive body of work experience having worked with both, The Oberoi Group and Marriott International at their iconic properties across New Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.

With her well-versed experience in food and beverage, Chhabra has been a pivotal team player with ideating and launching new F&B concepts, driving revenue and meeting guest satisfaction. Her previous position was at the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, a 588-room property, where she led the team as the Director of Operations and helped position the hotel as one of the top luxury destinations in the city. The hotel received various accolades & industry recognition under her team support and guidance. She was instrumental in driving revenues, bottom line, guest experience, quality, learning and development and employee engagement.

She most recently won the Stelliers South Asia Award for Hotel Manager of the year 2019, BW Hotelier Award for Hotel Manager of the year 2019 and Most Fabulous Women Leaders in the Hospitality Industry – Global MICE Congress and Awards 2020. Chhabra graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Kolkata; post which she also enrolled in the Management Traineeship Program at the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development (OCLD). When away from work she loves to spend quality time with her son who is two and half years old.
